I am a Registered Nurse in Ontario, Canada and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I am a strong advocate for maternal and infant mental health and am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I have years (& years) of experience working with parents as a RN, lactation consultant and early years parent coach both in the private and public sector.
